Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. However, due to the nature of retreat planning, costs incurred, and limited spaces, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a [processing fee or deposit, if applicable].
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund. In this case, participants may transfer their registration to another person for the same retreat at no additional cost.
No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for a refund.
