MEDITATION AND SOUND BATHS

Guided meditation is a practice to find space, and then stillness - a pause, a re-set within your busy lifestyle. You will be gently guided to a place of rest. Here, you will find a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. From your subconscious mind you will be able to access deep thoughts and feelings. In this place of rest you can compassionately receive vibrational sounds that clear blocked or stagnant energy, thereby releasing negative thoughts, pain or unrest in your body. You will leave feeling relaxed, grounded, with a sense of ease and personal freedom.

Holistic Counselling is body-based counselling where creative practices and talk therapy are used to clear blockages, work with grief and understand depression. This is a wonderful modality for a more whole body approach to overcoming difficulties including anxiety. Reiki can also be used in a session to bring you back into your body after a traumatic experience or prolonged grief. When the mind is confused and blocked, the body also becomes blocked and the energy stagnant. We move the energy by clearing the old, creating space for the new. With all the right tools you are able to move forward in flow, with confidence and certainty.

About Sally-Ann
Sally-Ann, for the past 20 years a mentor in women's wellbeing, offers a sanctuary amid the transitions of life. She holds qualifications in a number of holistic modalities with group meditation sessions and 1:1 in person sessions available on Thursdays and Fridays. Sally-Ann’s own personal experience of losing and then rediscovering creative feminine energy gives her a unique perspective into clients who feel overwhelmed or unempowered. Working on all these levels, Sally-Ann creates an opportunity for stillness, pause, and then reconnection with self through sessions that are both energising and transformative. Her holistic approach not only provides immediate relief from stress but also builds the foundation for long-term peace and personal growth.
