About Sally-Ann

Sally-Ann, for the past 20 years a mentor in women's wellbeing, offers space for personal discovery and development. She holds qualifications in a number of holistic modalities with group meditation sessions and 1:1 in-person sessions available in Daylesford.

Sally-Ann creates an opportunity for stillness, pause, and then reconnection with self through sessions that are both energising and transformative. Her holistic approach not only provides immediate relief from stress but also builds the foundation for long-term peace and personal growth.
